First stop from the trip:"IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET THE CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE"
Prometheus cave is located 20 km away from the city Kutaisi, in Georgia. This cave was discovered in 1984 and is the biggest cave in Georgia.
Visitors are amazed with breathtaking views of stalactites, stalagmites, petrified waterfalls, underground rivers and lakes of the cave.
The view inside is incredible and the ceiling of the cave it's so high, I never saw such a huge cave like this on.
Inside the cave is full of this neon lights and you can listen as well a classic music that makes the visit even more special.
The entrance it cost 7 Gel (approximately 2,70€), and you have a tourist guide explaining you everything along the way.
We went there with a private tour (kutaisi tripstation), that it's much easier and common, to book a private tour and they will drive you around the many tourist points, instead of taking bus or taxis, because the places are fire away from each other and with not easy access by public transports.
Many of this buildings were abandoned when the communism (political movement) finished.
The structures and the architecture of the buildings looked amazing, it was so pity to see such nice and beautiful buildings abandoned. I hope that one day somebody will rebuild them.
For those who love abandoned and old houses like me, is definitely a place to visit.
Second stop from the trip:
Sataplia National Park was created in 1935, to protect the rare palaeontologist and speleological monuments and unique flora.
There is a cover building on the entrance of the park that protect the footprint of the dinosaurs (I don't want to be pessimist or negative, but I don't believe on this things), when you walk further you gonna find again another cave, this one much smaller then the Prometheus cave, the difference of the temperature inside is a bit significant :), when you keep walking throw this beautiful forest you gonna find this very modern view point where you can see all the landscape, it's breathtaking.
The entrance cost 6 gel (around 2,30€) and there is a tourist guide too here (we didn't have it because we need to wait for one hour).
For me the most amazing part was the beautiful forest and the colour of the trees, it's so fresh and relaxing to walk along this trail.
The second of the this tour is gonna come in another post, to not make this one so big and boring :)
I hope that you liked until now... please don't loose the next ones that are coming soon :) and I am gonna try to edit some videos too about this trip :)
Tomorrow I am travelling again to go to Azores finally :)
